Eligibility for Returns:
-Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

-The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

-Returns are accepted only if the product meets these conditions.

Damages and Issues:
-If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

-We will review the issue and provide further instructions to correct the problem if your request is approved.

Return Process:
-For eligible returns, please email us at info@puurfection.co.uk with your order details and reason for the return.

-We will issue a prepaid return label for approved returns.

-Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive the item for processing the return.

Exceptions:
-Items must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

-Returns are not accepted for sample packs or for products that have been used.
